All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current. Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.

In order to access the services provided on this website, you may be either a guest user or registered user. You must complete registration by providing certain information as set out on our membership/registration page if you want to be registered user. We try to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

Product Orders

We supply and dispatch our products to customers within defined areas of Australia only.

We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.

When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact. We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.

Once you have submitted an order, you may not cancel that order even if our acceptance or rejection of your offer is still pending.

Delivery of your ordered products will be as set out on our website. Our terms of payment are set out on the order page.

Products Delivery

Western Halal Meats (WHM) Footscray will deliver Goods purchased by the Buyer to the Buyer’s nominated address only after an online order is placed and verified with the sales team.

Delivery is an additional charge unless purchase criteria are met, calculated at time of purchase.

All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods. WE will not be liable in any way for any failure or delay in delivery or for any loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from any failure or delay in delivery of the goods irrespective of whether such failure or delay is negligent or within the seller's control or otherwise.

We accept no responsibility for our product that has been incorrectly stored or treated contrary to the advice contained on our website and within these Terms & Conditions.

Delivery rate and service information may subject to change without any notice.

Prices and Payment

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars. All prices are subject to change. All prices displayed on this Website are only valid online at the time shown.

"Western Halal Meat Footscray" is now accepting payment either “cash on delivery” or “bank transfer” before or during or after the products has been delivered.

You must not pay or attempt to pay for product(s) and/or service(s) using fraudulent credit card information.

We attempt to accurately present the availability of stock and/or availability to place an order in a specific delivery window, however stock availability and/or delivery capacity availability constantly varies and so it should be acceptable by the customer in case we can’t provide partial or even full order. In that case the amount of that particular good/goods will not be charged or refunded if the payment has been made in advance.

In the event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order we may attempt to arrange an alternative item, an alternate delivery window.

Order Cancellation Due to Error

Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited.

Product Returns

We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “contact us” webpage.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and delivery charges.

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
