Western Halal Meats (WHM) Footscray will deliver Goods purchased by the Buyer to the Buyer’s nominated address only after an online order is placed and verified with the sales team.
Prices and Payment
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars. All prices are subject to change. All prices displayed on this Website are only valid online at the time shown.
"Western Halal Meat Footscray" is now accepting payment either “cash on delivery” or “bank transfer” before or during or after the products has been delivered.
You must not pay or attempt to pay for product(s) and/or service(s) using fraudulent credit card information.
We attempt to accurately present the availability of stock and/or availability to place an order in a specific delivery window, however stock availability and/or delivery capacity availability constantly varies and so it should be acceptable by the customer in case we can’t provide partial or even full order. In that case the amount of that particular good/goods will not be charged or refunded if the payment has been made in advance.
In the event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order we may attempt to arrange an alternative item, an alternate delivery window.
Order Cancellation Due to Error
Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
